Barre
One of our all-time most-beloved classes, Barre combines Ballet-inspired strength training with gentle movements that still manage to bring about an intense shake and radical change in the muscle. Barre is typically easy on the joints, features a Pilates-inspired mat section on the floor, and yoga-based strength for a comprehensive workout that lengthens and strengthens.
Pilates
Developed by Joseph Pilates who studied animal movement, boxing, and dance, Pilates is a brilliant corrective system designed to correct and improve posture for that ideal S-spine shape, and achieve muscular balance with movements that simultaneously lengthen and strengthen. Pilates focuses on the spine and core, while also improving mind-muscle for activation for ROI in our classes, and other athletic endeavors. Using the reformer and a variety of apparatus, class participants will build on a foundation that is ever evolving, fun, and challenging for better and better results over time.
Hourglass
Our Trademark Sculpting class, the Hourglass Class targets the big calorie burners like the back, seat, and legs for a workout that sculpts those areas while activating their metabolic potential to capitalize on the Afterburn Effect. Studies show interval training is the ONLY way to reduce fat on the tummy, so the Hourglass Class uses weights, bands, and a variety of multiplanar movement to target the entire body, get the heart pumping, and emphasize mind-body activation to achieve stunning results that will leave everyone wondering where you got those shoulders, glutes and cinched waist reflective of an hourglass or X shape.
